today was the most boring day of my life. I spent the whole day on my computer. I was too lazy to start my hw, im gonna be doomed for school O well. (my posts are getting a lot shorter)

So, today i tried to go to Ikea. It was fricken busy. Seriously, the car line already started on the highway, and you had to park outside if you even wanted a parking spot, and thats saying something, since the parking lot at ikea is huge. Seriously, i think that on every holiday or no work day in china, everyone goes to ikea. Seems like a fun way to spend time. (no offense to any chinese people.)

Okay, so my ayi (helper) just came back to work with us after chinese new year. Then she gives me the hong bao envelope thing. Is it normal for ayi's to give that to their employers???????? Just for you ppl that don't know what hong bao is, it's a red envelope that old people give to children during the Chinese New Year. In the envelope is usually money, but my chinese teacher gave me one with candy (i didn't like it.) O well.

Sorry about the short post yesterday. I really didn't feel like writing anything  but i thought i had to. lol. the holiday is boring me out. i have nothing to do. My desperate housewives craze is kind of running out seeing as i don't have any more cd's. I'm trying to find a new tv series, anyone have any ideas. Please... im dying of boredom. I totally hate chinesegiggle and emily. YOU GUYS ARE SOOOO DAMN LUCKY!!!!!!! at least you guys get a proper vacation. grrrrrrrrrrrrr

ok, im not sure if i wrote yesterday or not, so i'll just write today. Holiday is actually really boring. I haven't done much besides watching Desperate housewives. I think i've already watched like 20 episodes over the last 3 days. I must be really bored. So today i decided to clean my desk. You wouldn't believe how much junk there was in there. It took me like a whole hour to just clean it and find a place to store everything. However, I bet that by this time next week it will be a mess again. O well, thats life.

恭喜发财！ (is that correct) oh well, HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!! The sleepover was sooooo much fun!!!!!!! We stayed up until like 2 watching movies. We watched Desperate Housewives, The notebook, I am Sam, and Juno. O ya, we also played foosball and me and ... (lets just call her emily) lost so now we're gonna have to do a crazy dear at school. Ahhhhh!!!!!!!
    Yesterday, i went to two different chinese new year parties. The first one was okay. It was at a restaurant with all these other people. However, i eventually ended up being a babysitter to all these smaller children, and they ended up throwing all these balls from the ball pens at me. lol. The second party completely sucked. For 5 and a half hours i played with my cellphone, watched a silent tv, and played with my iPod. Everyone at the party pretty much ignored me and i was soooooo bored. Thank god that that is over.
